    • information necessary for client relationships, assignments and meetings

    Data may also be obtained from the client's organisation, public sources, company websites or professional networks.

    Data disclosures and service providers

    We do not sell personal data to third parties.

    Personal data may be processed on behalf of Accelerando by trusted service providers, for example in connection with IT, website, email, CRM, cloud, analytics, accounting or other administrative services.

    Data may be disclosed to authorities or other parties when required by law, or when necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

    Transfers outside the EU/EEA

    Personal data is primarily processed within the EU and EEA.

    If personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, for example due to the cloud, analytics or software services used, we ensure that the transfers have a basis in accordance with data protection legislation and that the data is appropriately protected.

    Data retention

    Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement.

    Information related to contact requests is retained for the time required to handle the matter. Information related to client relationships, assignments and invoicing is retained for the duration of the client relationship and afterwards for as long as necessary, for example for accounting, contractual, liability or legal claim obligations.

    Unnecessary personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

    Rights of the data subject

    Under applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to:

    • access your personal data
    • request the rectification of inaccurate data
    • request the deletion of data
    • request the restriction of processing
    • object to the processing of personal data
    • request data portability where the conditions are met
    • withdraw your consent, if processing is based on consent.
